A young Polish woman is claiming to be Madeleine McCann, a British toddler who vanished in Portugal 16 years ago while on vacation with her family.

This week, Julia Wendel’s story went popular on social media after she asserted that she had proof that the girl who had gone missing was actually her.
She was molested by a German man who was the main suspect in the disappearance, according to Wendel, who resembles Gary and Kate McCann. She also shares the same eye abnormality as the young girl.

In the evening of May 3, 2007, Madeleine McCann, age 3, missing while on vacation with her family in Portugal’s Praia da Luz.
The young girl’s parents were eating at a nearby restaurant when she disappeared, and she was staying with her siblings in a vacation apartment at the time.
Later that evening, Madeleine was absent when her mother went to check on her.
According to media sources, Wendel and the McCann family are in touch and attempting to get Wendel’s DNA tested to see whether she is a match.
Wendel claimed that because her parents’ accounts of her childhood varied, she began her investigation after becoming interested in the missing person case.
Wendel thinks that although the missing girl would be 19 years old, her parents may have misrepresented her age. Also, she says she has never seen images of her mother during pregnancy.
The recollections are hazy, and my parents and I couldn’t agree on anything when we discussed them. They tried to change the topic constantly, according to Wendel, who was quoted in a number of media outlets.
“My parents insist that I went to school every day despite my teacher’s claims to the contrary. Following all that confusion, I began conducting my own investigation, learned what happened to Madeleine McCann, and made the necessary connections. Trying to convince people of my claims is incredibly stressful, the speaker continued.
The McCann family will examine all references, according to a source close to them, and they won’t take any chances in the search for their missing daughter, the source told “The Sunday Mirror.”
